Management and coordination with all vendors before wedding day
Management and coordination with ceremony and reception location
Creation of a detailed timeline to provide to all vendors, wedding party, and family
Rehearsal coordination for up to 2 hours

Wedding day coordination for up to 12 hours
Coordinating and managing all vendors and service providers
Oversee ceremony and reception set up and tear down
Assist the wedding party and family with any questions, concerns, or needs
Manage and assure that the timeline is adhered to
Set up of centerpieces, menus, place cards, table numbers, guest books, and all other personal decor
Ensure all personal decor is safely stored at the end of the day
Coordinate and manage the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
